SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We offer free international shipping (excluding Sleepy Bunny and wind-up cloud). We ship in the most inexpensive way depending on the size of the order. We ask you to inform us should you wish to have your order wrapped as a gift. For orders above the value of CHF 100.- we offer free shipping. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

In case of dissatisfaction we ask you to contact us. If you return the products undamaged, in the original packaging, and with the order number attached within 14 days we will refund you the sale value (excluding postal charges).
